Experience first hand the good taste of Tuscany! Don’t miss the opportunity to learn important secrets of our cuisine by enjoying our cooking class. A qualified staff will help you prepare a mouth-watering Tuscan menù taking advantage of a cozy kitchen, in a beautiful environment where art and elegance are mixed with background music.
Participants will meet at Opera et Gusto at 9 am. Our class will begin by going to the San Lorenzo Market, where walking through the picturesque stands you will buy some ingredients for the lunch.
Students will test their ability to prepare typical Tuscan dishes: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything is based on typical Tuscan cuisine. An authentic Italian experience!
After preparing the meal you will relax all together savouring the fruits of your work.

Our staff will take care of you step by step: from preparing and cooking to presenting and tasting. A lunch with your homemade pizza will follow our course, accompanied by an excellent wine and a traditional dessert: our world famous Tiramisù.
